HCL Notes/Domino 8.5 Forum (includes Notes Traveler)

Willy, I get you are frustrated and angry. And you want to vent. I have no problems with that. But realize there is a large customer base that are building Notes / Domino apps on top of Notes 8.5.X and they work just fine. Notes client apps from the 5 and 6 time frames that hum along. Composite Applications and Plug-ins that add lots of value. And Xpages apps that are modernizing and bringing Web 2.0 features and look and feel to Notes applications. We have these apps running in organizations with 10s of thousands of folks. No platform is perfect, but they do the job.

So for everyone who is angry and venting, there are those that are happy. And its well proven that people are far more willing to come into a forum and complain or bitch than sing praise.

So sorry to see someone who has been around so long be jaded and angry, but for everyone else reading, there are plenty of us happy.
